Trainers Challenge - Pushup Swing Dip
Start with parallettes, weight plates or boxes. Do a pushup then into a swing then to the dip component. You can do them on the floor or to advance the movement do them on a box as shown.
No Handed Burpees
This is not one of our proudest moments but it shows that the more you practice you slowly get better. This is like this with any form of exercise or sport. The more time and effort you put into the endeavour the better you will eventually become.
